Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture disruptive technologies
- Present future intelligence reports to C-suite and board members with actionable insights
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate foresight capabilities
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
