Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives focused on 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier tech conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)

- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism/innovation spaces
