- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of cutting-edge models, including LLMs and predictive analytics engines.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
