Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptions and opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Drive innovation pipeline development for next-generation product offerings
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with global trend analysis and geopolitical impact assessment
