Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, scanning horizon technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech co-development
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed scenarios
- Manage the Innovation Pipeline, prioritizing projects aligned with 2026 market disruption forecasts
- Mentor a team of Futurists and Innovation Analysts using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
