Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive teams to prepare for future business environments
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight findings into product development and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, AFP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation ecosystems
