- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to incubate breakthrough concepts and prototype future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Monitor geopolitical, socioeconomic, and technological megatrends shaping the next decade
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation task force focused on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing successful innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing trend analysis and innovation frameworks
