Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures that can handle next-gen data loads and AI integrations.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems into modern microservices and cloud-native environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions and anticipating future tech trends.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
