- Develop and publish annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable strategic insights
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI ethics, biotech regulation, metaverse governance)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts into commercial ventures
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
