As we project our trajectory towards 2026, we need a leader who can anticipate the convergence of Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, intelligent systems that define the user experience of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap aligned with the 2026 strategic goals.
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation AI and machine learning solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product innovation.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in a rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
- Present complex technical concepts and future strategies to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data governance, and responsible innovation practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
