Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global tech trends, economic shifts, and societal changes through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI ethics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with core business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive innovations
- Author thought leadership reports that influence industry standards and policy decisions
- Manage cross-functional teams executing experimental R&D projects in emerging domains
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities using advanced analytical tools
- Published thought leader in recognized industry publications or journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
