Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into executable business strategies
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports influencing C-suite decisions across Fortune 500 companies
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Advocate ethical governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (e.g., STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
