Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts and market disruptions using big data analytics
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight methodologies into corporate strategy
- Curate and host high-impact foresight summits with industry leaders and academic pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities with executive presentation skills
- Track record of translating foresight into scalable business models and revenue streams
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems and venture capital communities
