Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Design and execute horizon scanning programs across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Present future-state insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Produce quarterly future-readiness assessments and innovation pipeline recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate resilience, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and futures research tools
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions through future-oriented insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
