- Produce high-impact foresight reports and stakeholder presentations for executive leadership
- Establish innovation pipelines aligned with long-term market disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into current roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
