Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-scale AI systems capable of handling millions of requests per second, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- GenAI Implementation: Spearhead the integration and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise-specific applications.
- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype emerging technologies (Spatial Computing, Agentic Workflows) relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Optimization: Continuously improve model inference latency and accuracy through advanced engineering techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure (Kubernetes, SageMaker, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
