Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Framework, forecasting technological and societal shifts
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 clients to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio funding breakthrough projects in biotech and clean energy
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and data scientists using agile methodologies
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and global policy think tanks
- Drive adoption of foresight tools across 15+ product teams using proprietary Foresight Platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record publishing in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technology impact assessment
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology & Policy, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented future-focused initiatives
- Fluency in English with advanced communication skills for executive audiences
