Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Produce high-impact trend reports on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent advanced degree
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in futures research (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
