- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Identify high-impact opportunities in the AI space, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to ensure seamless integration of futuristic technologies into current workflows.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in the 2026 landscape and position Apex Horizon Labs as an industry leader.
- Prioritize Investment: Allocate resources effectively to R&D projects with the highest potential for disruptive innovation.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Apex Horizon Labs at industry conferences and forums, establishing the brand as a pioneer in the field.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Technology Consulting, or AI Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and emerging technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Innovation: A track record of driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
