Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present future-state forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for early disruption detection
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready concepts into development roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-cultural, global teams
