Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map 2026 technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders to anticipate future challenges and opportunities
- Author white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to identify breakthrough innovations
- Design and deploy predictive analytics models using machine learning to forecast industry shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and C-suite leadership
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures concepts for executive audiences
- Published author in industry journals or thought leadership platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization platforms
