- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and societal foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with engineering and product teams
- Curate and host high-impact executive workshops on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation summits (e.g., Davos, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
