Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on technology adoption or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term strategy
- Strong data visualization and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
