Qualifications
- 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in futurism or strategic innovation roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
