Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market shifts and regulatory changes
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing innovation initiatives
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in emerging technology trends and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
