Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology foresight
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Mentor junior innovation specialists on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
