Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and risk assessments for emerging global challenges
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethical AI, and human augmentation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready features into enterprise solutions
- Represent the company at global forums (World Economic Forum, Davos, Singularity Summit)
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional future literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
