- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and Gartner
- Present future-state briefings to Fortune 500 executive boards and congressional committees
- Oversee development of proprietary HorizonAI prediction engine for market volatility
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies like causal layered analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
- Track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar strategic pivots
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted foresight projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global trend analysis
