Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry transformation goals
- Lead executive workshops on exponential technologies and future-proofing strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into C-suite-ready strategic recommendations
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging technology validation
- Author thought leadership on future trends and their business implications
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes strategic initiatives across multiple industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF preferred)
