Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)

- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems to 100+ qubits
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
