- Author annual 'Future Horizons' reports distributed to global stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech research institutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment recommendations
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused whitepapers or industry forecasts
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI development pathways, and biotech convergence
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
