Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market paradigms
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of researchers and analysts
- Integrate future forecasting into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AGI, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
