Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to prepare for potential disruptions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing long-term innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with systems thinking and pattern recognition
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Masterful storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
