Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ AI strategic roadmaps by analyzing exponential technology trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch AI-driven products for 2026 market readiness
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of future technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or Strategic Foresight; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in AI research, strategic planning, or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI subfields: NLP, computer vision, quantum computing, and generative AI
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive and technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or future-of-work technologies (papers, patents, or industry reports)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in agile innovation environments
