Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Report
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives to preempt market disruptions
- Architect exponential innovation pipelines integrating quantum AI, bio-digital convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations at Davos and Singularity Summit
- Partner with DARPA and NASA to develop 10-year technological roadmaps for space exploration and human augmentation
- Mentor a team of futurists while curating our proprietary 'Emergence' trend intelligence database
- Translate complex foresight into product roadmaps generating $50M+ in new revenue streams
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise (AI/BioTech preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publication on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of implementing future insights into billion-dollar product launches
- Fluency in exponential technology frameworks (Singularity University, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Deep network with Turing Award recipients and World Economic Forum Global Future Council members
