Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for real-time decision systems

- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining technical excellence

Qualifications
- 8+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years in production environments
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical achievements
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems serving 1M+ users
