Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, aligning with strategic business goals.
- Lead the architecture of complex, distributed systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Conduct in-depth research and proof-of-concept validation for emerging technologies, including quantum computing protocols and edge AI.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to translate vision into technical specifications.
- Oversee code quality and architectural standards, implementing best practices for CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify potential risks in the tech stack and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing scalable cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, large language models, and predictive analytics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
