Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with data pipelines, MLOps, and scalable database architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
