Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- AGI Integration: Oversee the integration of Artificial General Intelligence frameworks into our core product suite, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives, investors, and product teams to drive buy-in and funding.
- Risk & Ethics Governance: Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance protocols for AI deployment, ensuring responsible innovation and data privacy.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies (e.g., Transformers, Autonomous Agents) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Talent & Culture: Lead the vision for our internal AI research culture, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership or C-suite capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot organizational strategy effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-growth environments.
