Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy integrating GenAI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing into our core infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of high-performance, scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct in-depth research and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into robust, user-centric product features.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and senior staff on best practices in software engineering, AI model deployment, and ethical technology use.
- Technical Strategy: Assess and select the optimal technology stack that aligns with long-term business goals and 2026 innovation targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- AI & ML Expertise: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a demonstrated ability to learn and apply quantum algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
