Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting next-gen AI and data analytics.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Executive) to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to C-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning and implementing long-term technical strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and agile frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
