What you'll achieve:
- Architect 3-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce trend impact assessments with 95% predictive accuracy
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies for emerging technologies
- Present at global innovation summits including Davos and CES
Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies identifying paradigm shifts by 2026
- Develop quantitative trend impact models using machine learning and data visualization
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with C-suite decision frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and futurist communities
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Author thought leadership pieces for publications like MIT Tech Review and Wired
- Manage $2M+ foresight research portfolio across 12 emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience managing high-stakes research budgets and cross-cultural teams
