Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision and technical roadmap for Nebula Innovations, identifying key technologies and trends that will define the industry landscape by 2026.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives in cutting-edge fields, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Web3 architectures.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support long-term business growth and innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the viability of emerging technologies and integrate them into our existing infrastructure efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering on multi-year roadmaps.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
