Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on AGI integration and quantum encryption.
- System Design: Lead the architecture of high-performance distributed systems, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies to determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and System Architecture.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing principles, blockchain, or advanced AI safety protocols.
