Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning systems.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team to ensure code quality and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic roadmaps into technical deliverables.
- Drive the adoption of next-generation tools such as quantum-ready computing interfaces and predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership during critical project phases.
- Conduct risk assessments and performance testing to ensure system resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs degree preferred).
