- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Roadmap Execution: Create detailed technology roadmaps and project plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market demands.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously monitor emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and advise the board on potential investments.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and their application in enterprise environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear strategies in complex, evolving environments.
