Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI and cloud-native platforms.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and assess their integration potential.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide security and scalability standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term development roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth startup environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
