Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic engineering roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Design and implement highly scalable, distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize legacy codebases for modern cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime during transitions.
- Define and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and performance across all engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
