Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior Future Systems Architect to lead the strategic development of our 2026 technology roadmap. At Apex Horizon, we are building the infrastructure for the next decade of autonomous intelligence. You will define the architectural standards for our upcoming AI-native platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation for the year 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech concepts and practical, deployable solutions. You will work in a high-performance environment with some of the brightest minds in the industry, focusing on next-generation cloud infrastructure, neural network optimization, and edge computing ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our upcoming product releases, focusing on AI-driven scalability and future-proof infrastructure.
- Design High-Performance Systems: Architect resilient, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows and real-time AI inference.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen quantum algorithms, advanced edge computing) and integrate them into our existing tech stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior architects on best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML model deployment, MLOps pipelines, and distributed ledger technologies is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
