Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, resilient systems for the 2026 platform roadmap, ensuring zero downtime and peak performance.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure to automate complex workflows.
- Define and implement best practices for quantum-ready coding standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and cost optimization for cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Engineering Lead role.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing and managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
